According to Scott Burns of Record Sport, Rapid is prepared to wait, as the Vienna team is reportedly taking their time to land their main target. Tilio’s departure won’t be authorized until new players are brought in because Celtic is still actively seeking wingers.
Markus Katzer, sporting director of Rapid Vienna, reaffirmed the team’s interest in the 23-year-old but emphasized that the deal is still pending.

Since coming to Glasgow, Tilio has struggled for minutes, his participation being limited by injuries and competition. However, clubs outside continue to love him as a talent, and Rapid is still optimistic that they can eventually close the deal.
